Our services are powered by digital metered ticketing, giving customers accurate, real-time accountability for every gallon delivered. As an IUOE Local 15 operated company, we understand the pace and precision required to support heavy equipment, large job sites, and complex infrastructure projects.
Grilco Fuel Services is proudly MWBE-certified through the Port Authority of NY & NJ, DBE-certified, and currently in the final stages of obtaining our New York State MWBE certification—further expanding our ability to support public and private sector projects across the region.

Our Company History

Grilco Fuel Services was founded with a straightforward vision: to deliver fuel the right way—with honesty, reliability, and total transparency. What began as a small family operation has grown into a respected regional provider trusted by contractors, developers, and municipalities across New York and New Jersey.
From the start, we focused on solving issues common in the fuel industry: unreliable scheduling, unclear delivery records, poor communication, and lack of documentation on job sites. Our approach—digital metered delivery, clear scheduling, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset—quickly set us apart.
As the construction and infrastructure sectors expanded, so did we. Our team and fleet have grown, and our service region now includes Long Island, NYC’s five boroughs, and New Jersey. With MWBE and DBE certifications—and NYS MWBE certification on the way—we continue to strengthen our ability to support major public and private projects across the region.
